Libra is a specialist security company established in Cambodia in 2013.
The experience, long-standing customer relationships and understanding of the Cambodian market we have developed is bolstered by the extensive resources and support of a firm that has led the industry since 2013. Established by Mr. Heng Meng Ho in Phnom Penh, our company expanded nationwide and employs more than 800+ security professionals throughout the country. Focus on quality standards led the Organization to become the first uniformed security company to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management in Cambodia.

OUR TEAM
All of our operations are based at our office in Phnom Penh. From here we run our operations, sales, administration, ERT and engineering teams under one roof. This enables maximum communication through all departments from initial sales enquiry, to a thorough stock storage that covers all possible out-of-hours scenarios.
Our industry leading staff are friendly, experienced and professional. They are fully qualified with our in-house ISO9001:2015 accredited training. In addition, staff receive year-round coaching in the latest products, applications and regulations effecting our industry.
